Delivery Time:
We understand that timely delivery is important to you. While we typically ship orders within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase, please be aware that current market conditions may cause delays beyond our standard shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delivery estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. Once your order is submitted, our team starts processing by locating the items, verifying payment, and confirming the delivery address. For most orders, this process begins on the following business day.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your door. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be recognized by the carrier's online tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship only within the U.S. Please ensure that you provide a physical delivery address at checkout to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
Missing Items:
If you receive your order and find that some items are missing, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the delivery date. We will require clear photos of the packing slip and the items you did receive to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
